The clinic supports veterans and their families, including those who may be marginalized, displaced, unemployed or homeless because of their Post Traumatic Stress symptoms. We help to create and maintain a calm and regulated nervous system while building internal resilience to life’s challenges. Our clinic is at Unity of Richmond on the 4th Wednesday of each month, and is donation based. Noone is turned away due to inability to pay. The VRHC has many holistic modalities to support the Veterans on their path to healing.

Creating Safety:
Understanding Your Nervous System’s Response to Threat
What is a "Leading Edge"? Simply put, the "leading edge" is a term coined by Ray Castellino that means a primary therapeutic window for healing and re-patterning imprints that are overwhelming, and running unconsciously in our lives. While working in our leading edge, we can bridge and integrate the energy that has been frozen or encapsulated in our bodies with the skills of presence, conscious aw areness and the bodily, felt sense. You can learn to recognize your leading edge, and gain skills and practice to change the pattern! You can choose a new way. Come learn!
